Thailand Consumers Council

About this programme

TCC was established under the Consumer Organisation Council Act B.E. 2562 (2019) that was formed through the unification of 150 or more independent consumer organisations across the country, to serve as the representative of consumers in comprehensive protection and rights advocacy. It is authorised to monitor, watch over, and propose policies to the government, raise public awareness, and disseminate useful information. TCC receives complaints through its website or hotline 1502, provides legal consultation and assistance, and can file lawsuits on behalf of consumers when deemed appropriate.
