The Confident Digital Society Index (CDSI) evaluates the state of digital foundations and future-readiness across 9 countries in Southeast Asia: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. It builds on a conceptual framework defining a confident digital society as an enabler of sustainable digital development. The objective of the CDSI is to identify the gaps and opportunities that exist in leveraging digital transformation as an engine for growth and inclusion in the region.
The CDSI presents a score from 0 to 100 for each country, consolidating performance across over 100 indicators, where a higher score indicates more progress toward realising the vision of a confident digital society.

Users will first need to select the hierarchy of the scores they wish to view: overall, dimension, pillar or sub-pillar. The drop-down options for the following boxes (dimension, pillar) are automated. Once the selection is made, the user will need to click the Apply Filter button and wait a few moments for the updated chart to appear.
