Confident Digital Society Dashboard

Explore the Confident Digital Society Index (CDSI) and use the interactive dashboard to compare digital foundations and future-readiness across nine Southeast Asian countries. Discover the data, explore key indicators, and contribute your own insights on realising confident digital societies in the region.

The Confident Digital Society Index (CDSI) evaluates the state of digital foundations and future-readiness across 9 countries in Southeast Asia: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. It builds on a conceptual framework defining a confident digital society as an enabler of sustainable digital development. The objective of the CDSI is to identify the gaps and opportunities that exist in leveraging digital transformation as an engine for growth and inclusion in the region.

The CDSI presents a score from 0 to 100 for each country, consolidating performance across over 100 indicators, where a higher score indicates more progress toward realising the vision of a confident digital society.
